Submittal Kit turns a control panel job's equipment list into the documents a project actually ships: the submittal package the engineer stamps and the site O&M manual the operator keeps for twenty years. Then it keeps the permanent record of what was issued and what came back.
01 What It Is
One equipment register per project and a shared parts library feed every package. Import the bill of materials, attach each part's datasheet once, and compile a bound, bookmarked PDF with every catalog number highlighted. Marking a package as submitted snapshots exactly what went out as a numbered revision, so "what did we send them in Rev 2?" always has an answer, byte for byte.
Around that core sit the rest of an integrator's paperwork: spec check against the specification section, RFIs, punch lists, change orders, quotes and purchase orders, and as-built redlines. See the feature pages or the help center for the details.
02 Who It's For
Control system integrators, panel shops, and instrumentation contractors: the project manager or engineer who builds the register, attaches the datasheets, compiles the package, and then chases the reviewing engineer's stamp. Often the same person who designed the panel, working at a desk with the spec, the BOM, and a pile of manufacturer PDFs open.
03 Who Builds It
Submittal Kit is built by Jeremy Winterberg, who works the integrator side of the business and has spent his own nights merging datasheets into one PDF, highlighting catalog numbers page by page, and wondering which version actually went out the door. Every decision in the product is checked against advisors with decades on the job: what a reviewer wants to see, what belongs in a turnover package, and why the log outlives the package it came from.
